TILDEN LIVESTOCK SCHOLARSHIP ASSOCIATION

                

The Tilden Livestock Scholarship Association (TLSA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the education and agricultural interest the youth of McMullen County.   To recognize the commitment and involvement in the McMullen County Jr. Livestock Show, the TLSA grants scholarships to graduating seniors of McMullen County ISD to fund their college educations.

TLSA LIVESTOCK SHOW--MCMULLEN COUNTY

 

This event held each January showcases the hard work and commitment the youth of McMullen County have dedicated to their livestock projects. Exhibitors have the opportunity to show animals in the categories of market steers, commercial heifers, goats, lambs, swine, broilers, and rabbits. Each category is judged by a qualified professional appointed by the Tilden Livestock Scholarship Association Board of Directors. 

 

At the conclusion of the McMullen County Livestock Show, a professionally managed premium sale takes place where 100% of show participants are allowed to sell.
